Had an absolute blast!!! Ate lots of good food, drank all the wine & spritz, enjoyed beautiful views & met good people!! I’m so incredibly thankful to be able to live the life I live 🫶🏼

Training dump from week 3️⃣

✨ 195 for 5 on squats is feeling heavy but really freaking good
✨ Deadlifts are moving slightly better
✨ Bench is slowlyyyy feeling stronger 
✨ Landmine SL RDLs are a new FAV and my glutes have been sore every single week
